This website

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking pixels. Fonts are served from our own domain, so your browser makes no requests to third parties when you visit. Our host (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and operations.

What you send us

When you email us, we process your name, email address, company and the product information you share, to reply, prepare a spec or proposal, and deliver and invoice our work (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to meet tax and accounting duties (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Outreach

If we contacted you first, we used a business address published on your company's website, based on our legitimate interest in offering a relevant B2B service (Art. 6(1)(f)). Reply "unsubscribe" and we won't contact you again.

Who we share it with

Only providers we need to run the business: our email provider (Zoho), payment provider (PayPal) and website host (Vercel). Some may process data outside the EU under safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 24 months. Contracts and invoices: 10 years, as Italian law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
